I have had a problem with the gas tanks on the 79 for the past 2 years; the liner has come loose and has plugged everything up. I have talked to several people and the best suggestion has been to put gravel in the tank, wrap it up with many towels and duck tape then run it in the dryer, cool cycle for 30 minutes! Kim is not happy about this but I'm going to give it a try. Phot's and resaults to follow.

Work on the 79 FLH
I have had a problem with the gas tanks on the 79 for the past 2 years; the liner has come loose and has plugged everything up.
